hello,

my 2litre 16valve has this done to it , how much of a power gains does it give??

no power gains really, just makes the engine rev better etc

none, just means it will rev a little more freely

i thought it wouldve gave me a few more horses, ah well got reprofiled cams ARP rodbolts, chipped, decat pipe zorst, air filter, have got a cylinder head away the now that is ported and polished, apparantly the engine was good for 172bhp with this head on shall see wen i get it back though!
