My window is fucked, it keeps coming out the runners, then not winding up and down. Keep having to take the doorcard off as a temp fix, but a few days later it will happen again. Whats the best bet to get this fixed. It's just a winder non-electric. ta

check the bolts inside the door on the runners

get a new regulator from vaux

check its all secure
no missing bolts etc and the runners line up
then if its still coming off get a new reg
