Someone has offered me a 1.4 8v MPi out of his mk3 astra estate to replace my corsa 1.2 8v spi, i can get ECU and driveshafts and gearbox if needed. but i am wondering if it will a straight swop, my mate said he did it wiv no problems is this true?

you'll need a corsa multi-point fuel pump......usually foudn in the gsi.....sri...and sport models......sure thers more models with the mpi fuel pump but not sure

The inlet manifold will probably be different, it will need to be replaced with one suitable for the Corsa. I think you will have a C14SEL or something like that in an Astra...
