Bought a valver and its supposed to be chipped i seen the raised limiter b4 i bought the engine... wen the ECU is removed does it have to be remapped?????

Nope, they will have involatile memory, otherwise whenever the power runs dry i.e. flat battery, you would need it to be re-mapped. That would be silly.
