Joined a gym been going to 2 classes a week for a few months now so decided to join. Here is what I'm doing this week;
Tonight after work 45 minutes aerobics and 45 minutes swimming
Thursday after work 45 minutes swimming and 1 hour aerobics
Sunday night 1 hour thighs bums n tums.
I think this will do for a start dont want to put myself off.
Anyone else trying to get fit?

I did that fitness bollocks. I lost two stone in a month...that was back in february....i don think ive been for the past few weeks, but im still paying £50 a month i cnat afford

yer, i'm back at boxing after an ankle injury and run a a mile 3 times a week ontop of training.

I go swimming three times a week, on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6am

I play 6 a side league on wednesday night
team training on tuesday nights
county game on sunday mornings and a pub game on saturday afternoon
i work out at the gym monday thursday friday before my night out and sunday night

I can squat 55kgs
But I can Bench 65Kgs
I am not terribly weak low down but i havent been doing leg weights much til the last few months, so hopefully il up it soon. I am hoping it will improve my speed along with sprint training and my jumping... for football.
I was feeling very guilty after my performance on saturday and i was a little shakey after training last night due to busting my balls

I dont want to lift that, its a bit pointless for me

i cant yes big legs as my bench is wank in comparison barly 100k nearly overhead more weight then bench. genetics determine whether big lifter or big presser
