I'd imagine Swimming, dunno though, Swimming is the best for you out of them lot, full body sport, and good cardiovascular.

and it doesnt cause joint damage like jogging can. I really should get back into my swimming, i was going for my hounours when i was 12 then gave up

I would think swimming but it all depends. If you push yourself too hard in any exercise you take the calorie burning factor away.....

i'd say boxing or any other form of fighting art. doggy paddle desn't burn calories for me.

Running burns more calories when compared against other exercises at a similar intensity. Rowing is full body like swimming, but feels harder as there is no water supporting you (Even tho is resisting you also)
Dont go for one all out exercise, your muscles become calorie efficient at any one exercise after doing it for more than say 20 mins. So only run for longer than 20 minutes if your really wanting to in crease your running stamina etc
Best do 20 mins cycling rowing running and cross training and go for a swim after it.
Do this 4 times a week
Eat less shit
