It's my best mates 21st on Saturday and I cant find anything to wear. I'm wanting a knee length dress that flares out from the waist if you get what I mean. I cant find dresses anywhere it's all boring stuff. Anyone sen anything?

I seen one in top shop a kind of lime green colour but only had one left and it wasn't my size. Alll im seeing in shops the now are brown stuff
