i know thi might seem wierd but does anyone have one for sale?

im gunna start getting fit.. coz im a rite fat cunt and im sick of it to be honest..

i wanna get really fit and get some upper body strength..

so i was guna invest in a punch bag.. any thoughts on the matter??

look in ya local adtrader

i used to have one in my garage at my old house and used it quite a lot when i was kickboxing, theyre good if u use em properly

i got one a while ago.....about 25 quid from decathlon, then a tenner for a wall or ceiling bracket.
