do all the redtop engines come with pas?

If so do you have to convert them to none pas if you fit one to a car without it?

Converting to non PAS from the engine is just as hard as not using the pulley.

If you fit to a car without PAS then no, there's no conversion to do as such. You need the right mount, but you'd decide that when you're buying the bits.
