hey can ne1 help me? i want 2 put 17's on my corsa but i've been told that they wont go on without arch work is this rite?

What wheels? How wide? What offset? Thats kinda usefull of you wanna know how much work needs doing, if any

If they are a close offset to vaux then yes. You may need to remove bolt that hold rear arch on and bond it on with tigerseal or similar

no they r five spoke, r u sure i'll need 2 get the angle grinder out coz i've been told they'll go on if i just take the plastic arch out.

Right here is what to do, undo the bolts on the rea rplastic arches and remove them, cut the rear arch up to the bolt holes following the curve of the arch do this both sides, trim some off the lip on the plastic arch them bond them back on, see how you go on the fronts, if they catch which is likely do the same with the arch here, once done you should be able to lower 60mm with no worries

its all ready lowered 40mm so will it need any work? how much will it cost for a garage 2 do?

Do it ya self man, its so easy, make sure ya paint the bare metal with a paint stick from halford or a sealer and cut the arch round with a hacksaw or angle grinder, get the bonding stuff from a bodyshop, its called sikaflex or tigerseal strong as feck once stuck you will be hard pressed to pull off the arches

Oh and yes with 40mm you will still need to do this
