Heres the situation:
I have applied for a job working for the police making training simulations, i have the aptitude test on wed.
On thurs i go away to amsterdam for 5 nights and have been looking forward to relaxing and smoking some bud.
but......
If i get past the interview stage which i really hope i do, there is a medical. Would i be able to explain the weed in my system by saying i was in amsterdam and can prove it (it being tolerated over there means i haven't done anything wrong). or, will they call me a pot head and tell me to fuck off.
Just wanna know what could happen, any opinions of people with an experience of a police medical would be appreciated.

How long away will the medical be?
If you don't normally smoke it then I can't see it staying in your system long.

i'm guessing about a month, i will maybe have a spliff once a week, my last one was last week but i wasnt planning on smoking again until i was in dam.

i'd just do it anyway.
even if you went to amsterdam and didn't personally touch the stuff, you'd still be sat in bars and cafe's with your mates in clouds of smoke, so it'd be in your system even if you didn't get involved.
i dunno if they can tell the difference between wether you've been in a smokey room or smokin yourself from a medical, but if you go to amsterdam anyway, it'll more than likely show up on your test

they can tell if what is in your system is passive or not, which was my original idea but i have since been informed that they can tell.
