got a new merbile fern on contract yesterday...i didnt opt for the insurance.
First time tonight ive had a chance to give it a go and i cant for the life of me get the back off once ive put it on.
I struggled the first time I tried to get the back off...now this time (second time) i cant get the cunting thing off at all.
will they hold this against me and say i didnt opt for insurance therefore i cant change it? im not at fault. Its a brand new phone.
Ive always hated fucking nokias...especially getting their back covers off.

within 28 days, you should be all right still, or even within the year warranty that should come with it even

its probably just you doing it wrong. take it back to the shop & im sure they'll do it
