sell the skyline......

and

Buy a rx7, supra, Integrale Evo1, NSX etc.....

or sell skyline and use it as a deposit for a flat to rent out....

or just keep it and buy the flat anyway

If I were buying property to invest it, it wouldn't be a flat. Don't know how it is by you but round here they don't appreciate nearly as fast as normal conventional houses.

get the flat deffo my aunty brought one a few years back in southend (yea i know...mazing place ) for around 20-30k and its now worth about 50-60 odd

like ian said, if you can afford to buy a small house then obviously thats better, but house prices are at there peak at the mo. Lots of people say that give til early next year and house prices will fall....so it might not be worth getting one at the mo, just look into the market, otherwise you could end up loosing money rather than gaining

Ian..... i'd need about 250k for a house

Flats are about 100k upwards and there is a good student base to lease too.....

I think im going to wait till the summer before buying/looking..... i looked around this time last year.... but didnt see anything that i felt warented the price
