i know how your feelin dude. this happened to me a while back but it wasnt my ex.... just a friend. After a week of thinkin bout it i went round hers with a knife, bottle of sleepin pills, a length of rope and a hose pipe. told her to take her pick n then get on with it.......worked a treat pal....she shit out straight away.

she wasnt as crazy soundin as the one your dealin with tho so be careful!!!
