Orderd a Halloween costume on the 11th October from America but they still haven't sent it and I need it for this saturday! So I emailed the seller and he said to open a SQUARETRADE case for free, which I have but have been charged $20 for it!

arguing with the mediator now that it's wrong! and I shouldn't have been charged $20

You will be charged if u request a mediator, the other one is only free because you dont use a mediator

Is there a number or anything to call?

Try e-mailing them.

Have they taken payment or anything?

The seller send automated responces and his stated if I wanted a refund, then I needed to file a squaretrade claim and he would refund me! Me do not pay anything! It is free until one party requests a mediator (which it seems he has done!) and the person that filed the case gets charged $20!

I'm disputing it

If it doesn't turn up in time, you can't go to the Halloween party. Thems the rules.
