Right I've gotta decide how I'm gonna get my hair cut as I'm getting it cut tonight

Used to have short back and sides, like number 2 round the sides the then the front quiffed up.
I've grown my hair quite long now, and had it cut a couple of weeks ago with a messed up style. Not loving the long hair and it looks shocking as my hair is thick.

What everyone one else got? I'm thinking of going for it cut short round sides, quite short on top then just mess it up a bit
