A documentary on Sky about the woman with 7 personalities?

She has some mental disorder that makes her abit like Jeckl and Hyde, cept she was -

Adam who was 5
William who was 7
Alex who was 9
Brenda - Alcoholic/skitzo about 38
Karl - Alcoholic/skitzo about 16
one more that i cant remember, then hersaelf as Helen

Really freaked me out the way she'd be a normal woman, then immediatly change into a 5 year old, and speak and act like a 5 year old

Brenda and Karl werent the same age, Karl was a teenage lad and brenda was 37/38.
