i had the flu about 2 weeks ago, and i never really catch anything, but i was well poorly, but since then not really felt myself, anyway, yesterday i had a really really bad headache, im gettin loads of massive spots that are like deep under the skin, like boils yet i drink like 4-5 pints of water a day and i feel really really tired, dont want to get outta bed sorta feeling, and now ive got thrush on my tongue i feel like shite, how can i get better? i cant get through to the fuckin doctors, been trying since 9am and now theyre shut til half one for dinner oh and i also aint goin to the toilet for a number 2, aint been for 5 days ( which is often the case for me ) and my stomach is killing me

how can i get better? apart from waitin for the bloody doctors to open

do you pharmesists [spelling] do a doctoring service? In Hull you can visit them and they'll give you a consultation there and then and give you some medicine!

get eating those beans! seriously I think you should do a detox and cut out gluten [bread]

You'll find wheat and gluten in A LOT more than just bread... Nat is a Coeliac and you would be amazed at how much food has it in

im getting a food intolerance test cos theres certain things that are giving me a really really bad stomach, namely bread and milk both of which i like no there aint a doctoring service round here, so ill have to moan on the phone til i get an appointment

ive been in bed all morning, went to bed at 10 last night, got up at 12, i aint tired just feel like shit now
