what the hell are you doing mate?

your gonna use a dodgy make amp for focal comps !?!?!

well i know the focals take around 90wRMS but will handle about another 50 odd wRMS easy. So you should be looking for a 150wRMS at for those.
And your 6x9s, well there not 240w...that would be MAX wattage. so guessing, they are about 60-80wRMS...but they wont beable to handle anymore than that.

eitherway, i would consider running the 6x9s off your HU, saving and getting a decent amp for your focals...saving again, sell your 6x9s and then get a sub
