basically i won this on ebay
paid
recieved

no prob so far

then i turn it on and it goes straight off

ok then so i charge it

still no go

so i send it to nokia to repair

its unrepairable

they advertise a slight fault but that fault did not show up.

wot can i do

He Stated that the phone was faulity dont think your gonna get a refund mate

i sold a shagged 8310 got £20 for it some bloke who repairs them had it off me

stick it back on ebay and make your money back mate i would

thats the thing its advertised as a slight fault

i just got it back from a company who repairs phones and they say its unrepairable

Lol at buyin a faulty phone and then complaining. You knew the risks when you bought it so you can't really do anything about it. Its a brick anyway so maybe its a good thing.
