rite as we all know, I am the proud owner of the unreliable c16xe, but as its running ok I wanna treat the poor car - at the moment I am enjoying the booming grunty sound of the engine with its pipercross induction kit and its magnex backbox, but how can i make it more aesthetically pleasing and performing? i was thinking about a stainless centre section, although it has a nearly brand new mild steel jobbie on with a 2yr garantee soooooooo dont know if it makes sense i know throttlebodies are the future, but I cannot justify spending so much rite now, im out for cheap kicks

im afraid its likely you will loose the nice induction noise or at least some of it!!... as its all that long air-intake pipe work which creates the sound! so getting a better inlet gets rid of most of this pipe work!
im not sure though, but its what ive heard!
but with an extra 20bhp under bonnet and higher rev limit the car will really roar at higher revs
i have a full "CAT-BACK" 2 inch bore scorpion exhaust! will this cause any loss in back pressure??
