car failed mot cause rear brakes are going on/off at different rates. changed my rear wheel bearings recently. drum isnt spinning as freely as id of thot. it wont spin freely is this a problem

will be the auto adjusters for the rear brakes... just wind them down a few clicks & they will then both adjust to the correct positions after a short while

why are they at different rates tho, will this be the problem?

slackened the adjusters to smallest but still stiff to turn wheel
