Much of what looks like abuse may be bad humour. Don't fly off the handle too quickly.
A u2u will usually solve a lot. Thats the only technology that I'll be employing in the first instance.
Abuse can only be dealt with if you don't get involved. Personality clashes with history are the most difficult to deal with and if you're deemed to have contributed to situation then your complaint may not be upheld.
We can only act on what we know about. Report problems as soon as possible - BEFORE you think about posting an inflamatory reply.
Complaints can be u2u'd or emailed to me personally. I do look in to every complaint recieved but do be aware of the items noted above.

ALSO
If you are un-happy with either a new post you have made or a reply to someone else's post you can delete it.
You do this by clicking "edit" on the post/topic of yours that you want to remove, then clicking "delete this message" and "edit Post", it will then remove the post, if it is a Topic that you created and you delete the first post it will delete the whole thread including other peoples replies.
Once you have deleted a Thread/Post, it cannot be re-instated onto the boards.
