How do you like yours?

dad just served up a rather nice looking steak... cut in to it and it was read raw, blood ousing out of it... I was nearly sick.. after another 10 minutes in the pan it was fit for human consumption IMO

medium-rare, quitea few people like blue steak, wich is basicly wiping it round the griddle, and searving it with blood everywhere.

Well done in restaurants because most chefs appear not to be able to cook steak properly

If he'd given me a beef burger I'd have been happier... Steak is something I have to cook my self, I hate it pink... I guess I'm just strange
