well my mums bf went to pick the car up wiv me the ova day n we kinda raced home, i got the 1.4 sri and it was a good race, off the mark i was just a lil bit faster but not alot really, didnt go above about 50 tho but i would expect the sri to pull better to about 115 with the sri being twin cam 16v thing. so id bet money on it being faster than your 1.4 8v. even though the metty is only a 1.4 8v its got alot less weight than the corsa, everyone underestimates them, so surprised alot of people wiv that car but i would bet money on it beating your corsa mate
