I suspect that part is an Irmscher spoiler.
I doubt Irmscher make anything, most things with their logo isn't even an exclusive Irmscher commission.
You can buy unbranded "Irmscher" parts all over the net.

It's just spot welded on in a few places... Take the wings off and grind away the welds to pull it off then weld the new one on, you probably wont have access to a robot spot welder so just tack it on using a MIG or Arc welder...

Make sure you get it on in exactly the same position though You want your headlights to point in the right direction really....

mark certain places of the old slam panel (bits wich aint bent up) in relation to the chassis makes it easier to line up the new one afterwards. Drill out the spot welds, then when welding the new one on, use the holes you just drilled to tack it to the car. use a mig welder a lot easier to use (imo)
