I've lowered by car on spax RSX coilovers 60mm on the front 80mm on the back. I had no problems with scrubbing with standard 13" steel wheels on but now I've put 16's on it's scrubbing really badly on the rear. they're et45 with 195/45/16 Toyo tyres, so the the rolling radius is only slightly bigger. Width is slightly greater though. it's worse on one side than the other (right hand side) I did a quick search on this and it seems like it's quite a common problem, however I couldn't find any answers for how to sort it out . I had a look in the arch and can't see where it is scrubbing but the side of the tyre is starting to get quite worn.
Has anyone got any Ideas or does anyone know how to solve it?

was thinking of this but I would liek to be able to take the arches off in the future to colour code them.

New set of arches is about £6 for all four. Just get them bonded on and then buy new ones when u want colour coded.

If you use tiger seal to bond them on you will be able to peel them off...

It's basically black silicone sealant. Get it from B&Q or Halfords
