in order to attain my degree (BSc sport and exercise science) i have to conduct individual reasearch. and as such I am studying the Ground reaction and mass resultant forces placed through the take of leg in the competative long jump. And Its also the changes created by a shortend or lengthened apprach.
linking this to velocity and height creation from an approach retricted performance.
