i have a corsa c 1.2 sxi and it has flat spots under 4000 rpm any ideas on the best way to reduce them

do you have any sort of induction kit fitted?

if it's still under warranty take it to Vauxhall

havent put an induction kit on it yet and the warrantys expired

below about 3500rpm my engine is a continuous flat spot

does absolutly nuthin, if im setting off at a roundabout and really need to get out of way quick cos of oncoming traffic i ust stick on loads of revs b4 lifting clutch

did it other night and road was icy so my car just sat there redlining and wheelspinning
bet the person next to me called me a chav or sumthing

That's not a flat spot, that's the engine being a 1.2 with no power.
