Adobe Imageready is the one I use.

Is this program easy to use mate? I know photoshop off the back of my hand, even down to pretty much every shortcut, but for some reason cant get my head around Imageready, even trying to make a GIF I cant do.

THe way I do it, which may not be the best method is to start with one frame, make that up, then duplicate it. Make the second frame, you should now have two layers btw, so make the first layer invisible.

Essentially, you make up a load of layers, and make the ones you don't want in a particular frame invisible. Difficult to explain really, as you might have guessed
