Girl at work...
she's with tesco's - she had someone run in the rear of her in MARCH, and wasnt her fault at all.
its taken upto today to get the car sorted! And the only reason thats being done is because she wrote a formal letter of complaint & threatened to take them to small claims court over the piss-poor way they handled it!
oh ye they also gave her £50 as a good-will gesture because of it 
fcukin pathetic if you ask me! sounds like what happened to me - utter cnuts
