http://www.ehostpros.com/hosting/hosting.html
or
http://www.digitalbreak.com/index.php
I am currently using both with no problems. It is alot cheap to use US hosting companies and just use your credit card or paypal to pay for your hosting.

www.i-websolutions.co.uk
they do some good stuff Ive currently got the 25 quid a year package, which gets me 200mb, 5gigs a month, but it only has 5 SQL databases.
However, they do loads of other packages (obviously) and the guys that run it are usually on www.cableforum.co.uk and they have great customer service ie: replied to email within a few minutes etc

Not had any down time on the ehostpros one. Had a bit of downtime on DigiBreak due to a firewall block some of people from accessing my site, but was all sorted out quite quickly and the customer service was very good.
