When I'm downshifting (I'm heel and toeing usually) if I pip the throttle I sometimes get a "whump" noise, not from the exhaust, but what sounds like the air intake. It's pretty noticeable, can actually feel it sometimes...
Had this for a while, with the standard airbox, airbox + panel and now with IK. Anyone know what it is?

is it like a dump valve sound? My mates 1.2 16v punto with 56i filter makes A dumb valve sound everytime he changes gear Pretty loud too

no, not a ptish sound, it's like the engine's hoiked up a big lump of fuel and belched it out of the air filter...
