Just been up north, 200 mile round trip, to see my nephew, sister and brother in law before xmas. Didn't let my parents know I was visiting, so when I got back home and told them, they've seemed pretty upset that we all didn't go. Thing is, they really don't get on with my sister and BIL, so I didn't figure they'd be so bothered. Now I've got that awkward silence thing goin on... Bloody Christmas, who needs it.
