right was driving along and suddenly the steering wheel started wobbling about, i pull over and find that a little white clip/sleeve thing has popped out, so i push it back in and its all fine again.

This little bit keeps coming out now even after i push it back in, have i lost something else thats supposed to go on there to keep it in or is there somethink else i need to do??
