Whats holding the black plastic pipe to the lower inlet manifold. Is it possible to leave it in place and lift the head and manifold out?

Stop being a big girl and get it off, it's a T25 or 30 I think bu tyou should be able to lift it all out, only provided you're lifting the TB out too, which means takign the water pipes off the TB

I ve done the 4 torx bits holding the throttle body to the inlet manifold plate.

There's a pipe in and out the bottom for the collant lines these have to come off so you can lift the head, TB, and pipe off together, not to mention the nasty coolant pipes!!

I'll be round tomorrow evening if you're about to finish it off for you if you like?

she got caught speeding last night 80 on the 50 section on the markyate section of the A5.
