need to collect my seats 2day so i need to remove the passenger seat to get em all to fit. the bolts are the star shape 1's and they wont budge. ive tryed wd40 on em, and been using a socket wrench.

Any idea how to get em off???

Just keep trying the wd 40 from above and below. Failing that I rammed a 11mm socket over the top and they turned out no probs

are you using the star shaped connector to get them out?

If theyre anything like torx screws, you need to tap em' with a hammer first.

what seats are u getting as i managed to fit a whole set of calibra leather in my car with all the seats in place and withut using the boot as there were subs in there

i know wot u mean, had to use a a 1m power bar to remove mine.
Could you not just leave subframe in ?

getting cobra clubman seats so dont think i can keep the old frames. Got 1 of the bots out now but the other bolt has grounded out. iv started to drill into that to see if that would work, but now im fucked..... anyideas on how to get this bastard out. i was thinking angle grid the bolt????

tap the underneath with a hammer to break the underseal thatll be on it then loads of wd40.that should work.
