Can running your car with the fan to cool the radiator on cos damage to your engine ? mines seem to have stuck on all the time now  and ive tried cleaning the contacts etc , or should i change the fan asap?

sounds like the heatswitch is f**k'd replace that.

thermostat or temp sensor has gone, or jsut that your car is overheating all the time what does the temp guage say

won't damage the engine, will just wear the fan motor out quicker. not really a big deal.

Temp is not hot. the fan was working fine the other day , ie heating temp gauge to half way hen fan kicking in until its cool tthen switch off as supposed to do. but the other day it jammed on , then it went off and wouldnt come on at all? would overheat if u let it. now its jammed on all the time now lol. I have replaced the head gasket , thermostat, in the last 18 months. so shouldnt really be either of them, must be the temp switch or fan? where is the temp switch to replace this?
