the starter motor is on its way:

when i turn it over, it just doesnt start, it wants to, and when it does start it revs to 3k and idels back down nicely! only does this when first start car up, not when driving.

PLUS how do u get the squeeky noise away from ur brakes

If it does turn over then its not your starter motor... more likely to be your fuel pump or alternator i'd say... But this happened to me once and it was my crankshaft censor that had come loose

No if it is your starter motor it will sound like 5 year old kid making machine gun noises I.e clicking.

Get rid of the squeaky noise by washing your car, get the grit out from the pads and discs, and then find a long, quiet roads, take your car up to a nice speed and stand on the brakes, usually works for mine
