Lets turn it around, someone without insurance runs you over, as a result you lose the use of your legs and suffer SEVERE brain damage, no insurance company to pay out for your resulting disabilities. How would you feel then?

You'll get banned for either driving too fast in it, racing it, driving recklessly or driving without proper insurance. Or you'll kill/injure yourself badly. Wait til your more experinced 'til you get a fast car. Buy a new 1400 engine. Will cost less than buying a 2.0 engine and re-building it. You will need to re-build/replace a few parts on a 2.0 engine before you fit it.
