a cam makes the valves go up/down
Valves suck in 'fresh' air and blow out exhaust gases....
Lumpier cams open the valves further or longer depending on the profile (duration and lift)
They do not give any stats as to what they might be, but i'd hazard a guess at 256degree 'fast road'
not really worth it if you are running std injection, and ECU
Would give about 8bhp gain once mapped with a unichip and dialed in properly (maybe)
