Well if you've got the moulds and the pouring gear then your laughing, but what a lot of companies do, is make the moulds from standard vaux bumpers but to the size of the bumper at cold temps, when vaux make their bumpers, the moulds are slightly larger than the finished product, they shrink a wee bit when they've set solid.

not too hard -can do u step by step in u2u if you want!!! and recommend supliers of glass matt, resin and polyeurathane foam - which you'll need

if you want to cmome to some sort of deal and can get to Staffordshire moorlands - I'll do u a mould in marine grade fibreglass built into an alu alloy frame so it never distorts- I'll also supply you with all the gear to make at least 2/3 replicas
