my antispyware prog and anti virus picks any corrupt files up so i very rarely get a virus

yup defo stay away, i'd stick with the newsgroups, fair enough you pay a small sum but then you have unlimited d/loading. blueyonder newsgroup is ace. try it mate dont get fooled into this peer to peer shit. newsgroups is where its at!
