yes mud, its better than nothing and when the council want to sort it out, all they have to do is take it back out again whereas cement costs money

you shouldn't have to though
it's up to the poxy builders.
Offer to make them cups of tea and put rat poison in one of them. When one of the builders drops down dead the others will know you mean business and will get to work toute suite
