where is the best place to go in the north east? are powerflow any good?

i'm after a dual exit backbox really, not a full system

try a.a.s on the riverside in newcastle, ill post their details up later. they do really good stuff, recently got a contract to build exhausts for german touring cars!

yeah rikki, 1 each side, thinking about a jc design rear bumper so would have to lose the irmscher back box

a.a.s. - i think a mate of mine took his bmw there, bloody things dead loud now lol

not sure where they are tho, always reading mixed things about powerflow

got a cat back on my corsa 1.0 from a.a.s. It sounds mint!!!I wud go with them rather than powerfow mate

aye sum1 else has recommended them aswell, so thats 3 ppl! apparently u pay more for them tho?

how much u think roughly for a dual exit, but just the backbox?

Normally the more you pay the better the quality. Obviously not always true though

i thought aas were better then powerflow for prices and qualtiy

its not hard to find, its just go over the roundabout after b+q scotwood (towards newburn) and then 1st right and follow the road a tiny bit, its on the left

cool, cheers, seems like aas is the place to go then!

reason i'm thinking dual exit is because i fancy the jc design rear bumper, suppose single exit is still an option

dunno how much 4 a backbox but a full system 4 me was £320, decat pipe as well.
if u got the money, it's the place 2 get one

i live just up the road from both

a.a.s is owned by a well sound bloke, very much into his racing mind, so if u want a propa professional, use him. has told me he got a corsa gsi to 130bhp, racing manifold and zorst system wif chip, very. respectable power. the bloke can also re-rute ur air ducting with stainless steel piping and hosing for a few extra bob...and through in a s/s filter

cool, so aas is the place to go! i'm not going for power tho, just sound, it's only a 1.2 so no point trying to squeeze anything out of it, plus it needs to be insurance friendly lol

it's a corsa c - will be a little while yet, i'm just after an idea of a price i need to aim for and where i'm getting it done, and exactly what i want lol, but i will get this done sooner rather than later i hope
