how do i go abouts putting my 1.3 SR (13SRX) nova engine into my corsa (C12NZ) ? what can i do with the carb, and what about the ECU on the 1.2 ?
ive also got a 1.4 astra engine (14NV) would the manifold and carb fit and be better on the 13SR?

why would you want to go to all the hassle for the sake of a 1.3 8v engine? surely you would be better off going for a 1.4/1.6 16v instead?

you will probably find the 1.4 16v wont be much to insure, as most insurance companies wont like the fact you have changed the engine anyway. so the difference in cost between a 1.3 and 1.4 would be small i think. and by the time you go to all the hassle of doing the conversion, you might as well have bought a car with a bigger engine
if you want to do it go for it, but personally i wouldnt bother for such small gains.
