it seems 2 run ok as it is, no noise or nout...

just cant get the cam belt cover off, its stuck at the bottem...

slacken the alternator belt if you haven't already. you need to twist the thing at the right angle.

how do u know if ur timings out if u aint got the belt cover off

yes all the bolts r removed..

and lee, u can pul the cover back to see the cam marks

i think its the washer i used for the bottom bolt is the wrong size and has jammed the cover to the inner bolt part of the cam cover.

cant get under it till 2mo as i dont have a jack at home any more.

all going well will b running and that sat afternoon.

managed to get the cambelt cover off.

it was running about 4 teeth out.

runs much nicer now. defo impresses me now lol.
