gary on migweb does a top job. saw a 5bhp increase with mine. top guy to deal with as well. did mine for £260 inc delivery back, cleaning, porting and polishing, new gasket set and fully rebuilt with new stem seals.

Can vouch for Garys head. Had mine flowed, TB manifold matched and shortened bronze exhaust guides put in.

so i would be able to send gary my head, tb manifold, and maybe some uprated cams/vernier pulleys/cam followers etc etc and he would put it all together and port polish the head for £300odd?
need to get saving then.
what sort of power gains would i be looking at having the port polish and tb manifold matched? with some lairy cams and pocketed pistons?

he only works with stripped down heads, you would send him the head stripped but with the valves in so he can trim the seats. then you put the springs etc.. back in. He could do the stem seals too probably.
And be around £300 odd
