alright all,
i would like to remove my rub strips but i dont no how to go about doing it will it leave a mess under neath ?

1. heat them gently first to soften the glue
2. slowly peel them back using the help of some sort of acrylic or floss to slowly cut the glue off
3. you shud have tons of skanky glue left, either now get a caramel wheel but u need to use it very slowly or... ( http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=218394 ) You can also use petrol, meths, white spirits .etc to rub the glue off but be careful and give it a polish afterwards
4. if ure paintworks milky then u'll need to have ure car mopped by a bodyshop

well dna has explained it 
however i wouldnt use a caramel wheel if you've no idea on how to use it. it can damage the paint work in the untrained hands

like mine but now i'm a pro so its ok i did Rus's after realising how to use it and took us about 5 mins

homebase sell some stuff called 'sticky stuff remover' this works well though you will prob need a few bottles bout £5 each.
