No it isn't.
You won't be able to match the colour exactly unless you go to a bodyshop with paint mixing facilites, even then it wont match exactly... But the paint code is printed onto the painted over pannel on the slam pannel...

Slam Panel - Open the bonnet the thing that covers the engine Bay
Once bonnet is open there is a panel that goes from the top of one headlight across to the other headlight this panel is the slam panel
